Recent cyberattacks on energy systems worldwide—including the attack on the Electric Power Industry of Serbia—have demonstrated how vulnerable critical infrastructure sectors are in today’s new reality. When a key system fails—whether due to a hacking incident, geopolitical tensions, or extreme weather events—the consequences quickly ripple across energy, transportation, communications, and financial flows, directly impacting human safety. Issues such as employee protection, mental health preservation for key personnel, and real-time crisis management have become just as important as the technical security of the systems themselves.

Today, the question is no longer if disruptions will occur, but when, and how we can minimize the damage. That’s why we invite you to the 3rd International Conference on Critical Infrastructure:
“Risk and Crisis Management in the New Reality,”
